My goal is to facilitate the holistic growth of your athletes strength, speed, mentality, and overall well-being. This will be done through the combination of athletic training and weight training. My main focus is not only to make your child more athletic, but more importantly to help prevent injury and promote mental sustainability. I will also work on their stretching techniques and flexibility as this is very important for recovery and growth. During their "in" season we will focus on flexibility, muscle maintenance, and recovery. During their "off" season we will focus on muscular growth, speed, recovery, and overall athleticism. This program is great for single sport athletes, multi-sport athletes and non athletes. Proper form and knowledge will always come first.
